Overview Rubrik is transforming the way Systems Integrators and the managed services community support our joint customer base by leveraging Rubrik’s Data Management technology to develop and implement next generation data services. This role offers the opportunity to help build new lines of business for both Rubrik and its partners. Rubrik Cloud Data Management is a single software fabric that manages all application data in the cloud, at the edge, and on-premises, including backup, recovery, archival, analytics, development, and integration with major public cloud providers. It enables hybrid cloud enterprises to mobilize applications across clouds, automate intelligent orchestration workflows to enable self-service, and search and analyze application data at scale. Role and Objectives Rubrik has partnered with global Systems Integrators to achieve successful and profitable outcomes for all parties. The Global System Integrator (GSI) Sales Engineer will be responsible for building services, driving pipelines for those services, and enabling select GSIs. The candidate will bring experience in service creation, revenue modeling, large technical proposal authoring, and a proven ability to manage the technical elements of global partnerships. A strong technical acumen in storage, virtualization, and Windows/Linux management is required. SD-WAN and scripting (Python and PowerShell) are highly desirable. The candidate will lead from the front, communicate openly, and set the example for a positive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Required capabilities & experience: Successful experience partnering with Global GSIs to create and consume services Provides technical leadership and direction to partners and internal staff in the development of fully integrated technology solutions Architectural experience in complex infrastructures including virtualization, application high-availability, distributed systems, file systems, RDBMS, disaster recovery, public cloud, and security Acts as technical expert to develop partner delivered solutions that meet the technology and business requirements Serves as a trusted technology advisor and delivers technical and sales presentations to partners’ technical staff and senior management Exemplary relationship building skills with proven ability to drive lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and the sales team Qualifications Desired capabilities & experience: 7-8+ years of sales engineering experience, preferably in a software or data center environment Driven – highly energetic with a strong hands-on, “can do” approach Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a “get it done” attitude Ability to follow up in a fast-paced environment with multiple activities per day High business acumen and experience working with CxO-level personnel, bringing technology solutions to solve complex business challenges Ability to demonstrate Rubrik’s RIVET values and to act as a role model within a united management team Company and Inclusion Join Us in Securing the World\'s Data Rubrik leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
