Harmony Bowl is continuing its expansion and looking to hire more serving staff. Our new full-service restaurant is now completed, and we are looking for friendly and personable people to join our team. We want employees who will show up on time for their shift and exhibit a positive attitude throughout their shift. This means the ability to compartmentalize is a necessity. Our servers are expected to remain on their feet for the duration of the shift walking and providing prompt friendly service to our clientele. Most of our customers are repeat customers; servers represent the smiling face of Harmony Bowl and are seen as the face of our company.
We offer pay and tip share in-line or above industry standard. Discounted food and free Bowling. For employees who accrue one year of tenure we offer paid time off and matching 401k.
