WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
• High-volume restaurant background (3.0M+)
• Strong Front of House leadership skills
• Hands-on leadership mentality
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Experience coaching and developing teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily restaurant operations
• Drive guest satisfaction and hospitality standards
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Manage labor, scheduling, and shift execution
• Maintain operational excellence and accountability
• Support hiring and staffing initiatives
• Drive sales, profitability, and team performance
