Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in Norwegian, assisting with inquiries and delivering outstanding service. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with team members to drive customer satisfaction. Remain up-to-date with company offerings to effectively support customers. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills. Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous. Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage conflicts calmly and competently.
