Position Overview:
  • Reporting to the Digital Signage Content Manager, the Coordinator takes part in creating and executing dynamic marketing campaigns across the company Infoscape, including the screens for the company's many programs, including performance series, community engagement events, and education and social impact initiatives.
  • The Coordinator is part of the Digital team, which is responsible for the digital marketing and audience development strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Should bring experience of digital signage systems and marketing in a fast-paced environment, eagerness to grow in the field of arts marketing, and be passionate about engaging new audiences with the performing arts.
  • Work collaboratively with staff across the organization, resident organizations, and artistic and civic partners across New York.

Pay Rate: $30.00-$32.00/Hour.


Responsibilities:
  • Work for various internal and external events during evening and weekend shifts, being attentive to constituents/clients' needs, and to live event cues.
  • Work as coverage for holidays, summer festivals and large cross-campus events.
  • Monitor CMS and joint email.
  • Review emails forwarded and assigned by the Digital Signage Content Manager.
  • Review tickets assigned in Monday.
  • Publish content as requested.
  • Check Airtable for Schedule and adjust scenarios as needed.
  • Do any live content reviews for press, venue sales or C-suite tours.
  • Work on any content requests for upcoming events or shows - DGH and Blades/Atrium.
  • Review and address any CMS bugs.
  • Schedule any content for the Blades & David Rubinstein Atrium.
  • Explore treatments, animations and code generated content for DGH walls.
  • Work on Documentation Migration from Confluence and other documentation repositories to Notion Wikis.
  • Provide seasonal support for content/show load in for all constituents, assisting in assigning content to schedules and endpoints.

Required Qualifications:
  • Have some experience with content management systems.
  • Have some experience with video projection and/or digital signage.
  • Have worked in a live events or theater environment, with live cues.
  • A BA or equivalent work experience in live events and video content management.
