Skills required: Litigation experience, Lemon Law preferred
Well-known Lemon Law Firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in a remote capacity. Prior experience with lemon law not required, but it is preferred. This person will be either a junior or senior associate based on qualifications. See below:
1. Senior Associate: This person should have 3+ years experience and trial experience. Someone that can handle a case load of 60-80 cases go to trials. Projected salary: $170-$220k plus bonuses.
2. Junior Associate: This person should have at least 1-3 years experience with litigation. Able to handle a case load of 80 cases and build up cases in litigation (attending hearings, discovery, motions, and negotiations). Projected salary: $120-150k plus bonuses.
