Job Description
We are looking for a summer intern or part-time staff (potential for long-term role) to join our events team in assisting with seminar prep, client-event coordination, as well as other day to day tasks.
Flexible hours in a fast-growing work space and some tasks can be done remote if needed.
Tasks may include -
Helping with seminar set-up and pre-process
Coordinating with vendors and admin team to secure future reservations
Helping with planning and execution of client events and parties
Client out-reach and updates via email or phone
The ideal candidate would have a high-spirit, great communication and people skills and the ability to learn on the fly (with direction of course).
