Kilwins is looking for energetic, detail-driven team members to help create the handcrafted sweets our guests know and love, including fresh fudge, caramel corn, brittles, dipped treats, caramel apples, chocolates, and other premium confections.
This is not simply a back-of-house kitchen job.
This is a hands-on production role inside one of the most exciting specialty retail environments in the area, where food craftsmanship, product presentation, guest interaction, and quality all come together.
You will help create the products customers smell, sample, watch being made, and return to purchase again and again.

Cooking, baking, candy making, food prep, or retail experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right person with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
