Standard Wellness is adding to the team in Missouri! This position is remote and serving the entire state of Missouri.

Position Summary:

The Brand Ambassador will work in partnership with the sales team to promote and raise awareness for the Standard Wellness brand in a positive and professional manner at dispensaries or other events within the cannabis industry. This role focuses on statewide field execution in Missouri, including visiting locations where Standard Wellness products are sold, conducting product knowledge training, hosting pop-ups and executing select events. The brand ambassador is responsible for developing strong relationships at cannabis retail locations.

The Brand Ambassador supports retail partners and drives awareness for Standard Wellness brands through a mix of administrative coordination and hands-on field execution across Missouri. This role includes scheduling and executing store visits, pop-ups, staff training, influencing budtenders, educating customers, and activating the representation both in-store and online by monitoring visual merchandising, online menu accuracy, imagery, product descriptions, and agreed-upon promotions. This position is responsible for logging all field activity through company SaaS platforms, sharing insights and opportunities from the field, and maintaining a professional appearance, organized schedule, and consistent workload.

Essential Job Functions:

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective dispensary partners

Schedule and coordinate store visits, pop-ups, staff training and retail events

Execute in-store brand support by influencing dispensary staff and driving product awareness

Conduct trainings for budtenders and retail cannabis leaders

Educate consumers on product use and benefits in compliance with all state regulations

Set up, transport, assemble and disassemble in-store displays and event materials as needed

Ensure strong brand presence by monitoring visual merchandising, product placement and shelf positioning

Partner with dispensaries to improve product exposure and expand in-store branding opportunities

Confirm online accurate product imagery, descriptions and promotional execution

Collaborate with the marketing and graphics team on in-store displays, promotional materials, and branded items for dispensary promos

Report back to sales and marketing teams regarding feedback from customers and dispensary staff on products and/or materials

Comply with all state sales & marketing regulations

Manage meeting schedules, workload, and travel responsibilities efficiently

Maintain professional knowledge of all Standard Wellness brands and product offerings

Represent Standard Wellness with a professional appearance and demeanor

Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:

Required:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the state of Missouri

Minimum 2 years promotional experience

Must have a comprehensive understanding of, or experience working in the cannabis industry

Must have flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri, Weekend Availability)

Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor

Must be confident and outgoing with excellent presentation and communication skills

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodation

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

The work environment is representative of the essential functions of the job. Position requires a significant amount of travel.
