Role: UI/UX Designer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer join us in a short-term website design project. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences that delight users and meet business goals. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, and developers to translate ideas into functional designs that enhance both usability and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to delivery, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma or Sketch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design implementation and consistent brand identity.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout product development.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile).
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design skills across projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end basics (HTML/CSS preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
