Service Desk Agent

You assist our customers with their products, support them with difficult questions, and are always ready to offer the best service. What Does Your Role Look Like?

As a Service Desk Agent at Digidentity, you play a vital role in supporting customers in using their digital products, such as eHerkenning and eSignatures, enabling them to conduct business online securely and efficiently.

You serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries via email, chat, or phone, and providing advice on their accounts, subscriptions, and any challenges they may face while using the products. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, so you always strive for solutions that perfectly meet their needs. Additionally, you ensure smooth communication, both internally and externally, by scheduling follow-up actions, maintaining accurate records, and consolidating contact moments.

What You Offer

• You have excellent written communication skills and a solid command of the Dutch and English language.
• Under pressure, you remain calm and provide every customer with the highest level of service.
• You see it as a challenge to stay up to date with our rapidly evolving product and service portfolio.
• You are available to join and support our team for at least 32 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Helping less tech-savvy family members is no problem for you; you navigate various apps, phones, and laptops with ease.
