Job Summary: Responsible for leading the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems. This senior-level position involves managing large projects, mentoring junior analysts, and developing strategic solutions to enhance business processes and drive organizational success.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed analysis and documentation of complex business processes and systems.
  
• Gather, document, and prioritize user requirements for system enhancements and changes.
  
• Configure, test, and implement SAP modules to meet business needs.
  
• Provide expert end-user support and training for SAP applications.
  
• Manage large projects and initiatives to improve SAP system functionality.
  
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in their professional development.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementations.
  
• Develop strategic solutions to enhance business processes and drive organizational success.
  

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with SAP S/4 HANA.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and functionality.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Proven ability to manage large projects and mentor junior analysts.
  
• Ability to develop strategic solutions that enhance business processes.
  

Essential Physical Functions:

• Lift up to 50lbs.
  
• Ability to climb and stoop as needed and sit/walk for prolonged periods during working hours.
  
• Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
