The Opportunity

You’ll run in-home consultations with homeowners across Maui, backed by a marketing engine that generates leads, plus the tools and support to build your own pipeline on top of that. Commissions paid on every signed contract. And while automation is reshaping industries across the board, we believe home services is local, it’s relationship-driven, and it’s growing. The homeowner who just lost confidence in faceless digital services is exactly who we serve. No roofing experience required. Just you, your skills, and an income that reflects your effort.

• Run 2–4 in-home consultations per day with warm, pre-qualified homeowners
• Conduct thorough home assessments and present tailored solutions
• Guide customers through the full decision and contract process
• Actively self-generate referrals and new business through community relationships
• Collaborate with production and project teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
• Represent ProBuilt Hawaii’s values and professionalism in every homeowner interaction
• 2+ years of demonstrated in-home, B2C, or high-ticket consultative sales experience
• Verifiable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, you can read a room and adapt quickly
• A professional, trustworthy presence in someone’s home
• Genuine alignment with our values. Community, integrity, and team aren’t buzzwords here
• Self-starter mentality, you don’t need a manager breathing down your neck to perform

What You'll Do

• Run 2–4 in-home consultations per day with warm, pre-qualified homeowners

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of demonstrated in-home, B2C, or high-ticket consultative sales experience
• Verifiable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, you can read a room and adapt quickly
• A professional, trustworthy presence in someone’s home

No Roofing Experience Required

We will train you on everything you need to know about our products and services. What we can’t train is drive, coachability, and the instinct to compete. If you bring the hunger, the technical knowledge is the easy part. Backgrounds in roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, pest control, home security, auto, real estate, or any competitive sales environment translate well here.
