Client Overview: Our client, well-known advertising agency, is seeking a Recruiter to support urgent full-cycle hiring needs within a fast-paced media environment.


Role Overview: The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and close. This individual will partner closely with hiring stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent quickly and efficiently, with a focus on speed, precision, and candidate experience.


Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned openings from kickoff through hire
• Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates within the media industry
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions
• Manage offer process and support successful candidate acceptance
• Maintain consistent communication and a strong candidate experience throughout the process


Recruiter Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting within a media competitor organization
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and closing skills
• Ability to work on an accelerated timeline and meet urgent hiring goals
