Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) as part of a team that leads software installations, presents to hospital leadership, coordinates end-user training, and provides ongoing support as healthcare providers go live with our software. Responsibilities Lead software implementation projects for healthcare organizations from initiative through go-live and post-go-live support. Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide comprehensive project-related support during deployments. Travel as required (approximately 25-60% of working days; typical months may include 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction. Utilize project management practices to manage scope, schedule, risk, and resources while maintaining patient care focus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major). A history of academic and professional success. Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days (typical month includes 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days). Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID-19 vaccination.
