Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Charlotte, NC. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to executives and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and appointments. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, organizing documents, maintaining files, and preparing basic reports or presentations as requested. The role will also involve managing diaries and reminders, supporting office logistics, and assisting with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance skills, including day-to-day support, task prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar coordination, meeting support, and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient Calendar Management and scheduling skills, including managing multiple appointments and deadlines.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office technology use (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in administration or business is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a personal assistant or administrative support role preferred.
