Are you ready to build equipment that powers mission-critical operations?

At our company, we don’t just manufacture HVAC systems — we engineer and produce rugged, high-performance heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for the U.S. military and large-scale industrial applications. From extreme-environment military equipment to heavy-duty industrial facilities, our specialized systems keep operations running reliably in the toughest conditions.

If you take pride in precision craftsmanship, love working with your hands, and want to contribute to products that truly matter, this is your opportunity to join a premier manufacturer where your work makes a real impact.

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our growing production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble mechanical systems and components that power our specialized military and industrial HVAC equipment — turning complex blueprints into rugged, dependable products.

What You’ll Do

Assemble frames, panels, coils, and other mechanical components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications

Use hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment to build with accuracy and efficiency

Perform quality inspections and testing on completed assemblies to meet strict military and industrial standards

Document assembly processes, materials, and any issues to maintain strong production records

Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and fellow assemblers to solve problems and deliver projects on time

Champion safety by following all procedures and helping maintain a clean, secure work environment

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field is a big plus)

Previous mechanical assembly experience — HVAC, military products, or heavy industrial background is highly desired

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment

A team-player attitude with good communication skills

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Comprehensive health and dental insurance

401(k) retirement plan with company match

Paid time off and paid holidays

Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

A supportive, safety-first culture where your craftsmanship is valued

If you’re someone who takes pride in building things right the first time and wants to grow your career with a company supporting critical military and industrial missions, we want to hear from you!

Ready to build equipment that matters? Apply today by sending your resume and a brief note about why you’re excited about this role to hr@ecucorp.com.

We’re interviewing qualified candidates right away — don’t miss your chance to join a winning team in Cincinnati!
