We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and versatile Marketing and Communications Specialist to become a vital member of our TN/GA Market team within the broader South Region. This pivotal role reports directly to the market-based Marketing and Communication leadership. The Specialist will be at the forefront of supporting and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies and plans across 65 primary and specialty care clinics, three hospitals, and dozens of critical service lines within the TN/GA market. This role demands a commitment to operational excellence, working in close coordination and direct alignment with both regional and system-level marketing and communications leadership to ensure brand consistency, strategic coherence, and maximum impact. Position Overview Develops and executes comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, identifying opportunities, defining audiences, and crafting messaging to achieve business objectives. Creates and manages content across platforms, including digital, print, and email campaigns. Champions brand identity, monitors performance metrics, and coordinates with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all initiatives and projects. Stays current on trends, supporting diverse marketing efforts including media relations and social media. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. A combination of education and/or additional job‑related experience in marketing and/or communications may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans.
