The perfect candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting patients on their fertility and pregnancy journeys, as well as providing effective pain management care. Mentorship and training are provided for the right fit. Must be a motivated, compassionate individual who is eager to positively impact our patients' lives. This position starts part‑time with two shifts per week, with the potential to transition into a full‑time role (four shifts per week). Must be available for one weekend shift. Attend networking group meetings to build connections and represent the clinic. Contribute to the clinic's online presence with monthly blog posts and/or weekly social media content. Actively engage in marketing efforts to promote the clinic and its services. Collaborate with team members in a supportive environment while efficiently handling independent tasks. Exhibit excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, colleagues, and external partners. Maintain punctuality, reliability, and strong time‑management skills to uphold the clinic’s standards. Qualifications Valid California acupuncture license in good standing. ABORM certification or willingness to obtain certification within a designated timeframe. Proven experience and/or passion for fertility and prenatal care. 1–2 years of post‑graduate clinical experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Excellent time‑management skills, with a track record of punctuality and reliability. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Reside within a 25‑mile radius of East Bay Acupuncture for reasonable commuting.
