We are actively searching for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead operations in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen restaurant environment known for strong systems, quality food, and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Kitchen Manager who leads from the line, builds strong teams, drives accountability, and takes pride in running an organized, high-performing kitchen.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead all Back of House restaurant operations
• Drive food quality, execution, and consistency
• Manage food cost, labor, and kitchen performance
• Train, coach, and develop BOH team members
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Oversee ordering, inventory, prep, and kitchen systems
• Support hiring, staffing, and team development
• Lead kitchen execution in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of Kitchen Manager or Executive Kitchen Manager experience
• High-volume restaurant experience
• Scratch kitchen background preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven food cost and labor management experience
• Hands-on leadership mentality
• Passion for food quality and operational excellence
