Job Opportunity: General Manager – Premium Casual Restaurant 
Location: Alexandria, Virginia
Compensation: $100K + Lucrative Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

About the Role:
As the General Manager, you will oversee a $7M+ operation featuring hand-cut steaks and an eclectic, chef-driven menu. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will:

• Provide leadership to a management team of 7-8 and an employee base of 70-80.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure operational excellence and culinary innovation.
• Be responsible for all aspects of the business, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development.
  This is not your typical national chain. Our group is focused on strategic growth while maintaining a premium dining experience. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to Area Director and multi-unit leadership roles as the company continues to expand.
