Position Title: Front-End Web Developer
Location: Near Albany, NY (Onsite)

Salary Range: $62,000 - $84,000 annually

Overview

A growing technology-driven company is seeking a Front-End Web Developer to join its dynamic IT team near Albany, NY. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting responsive, visually engaging, and high-performance web applications.

As a Front-End Web Developer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Product, and Sales-to design and build modern digital experiences that elevate the company's global brand and support key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize responsive web applications and digital experiences.
• Work with complex data integrations from multiple systems such as PIM and ERP platforms.
• Develop front-end solutions using PHP , MySQL , JavaScript , Sass , Laravel , Bootstrap , jQuery , and Vue.js .
• Maintain and enhance existing company websites, including BigCommerce and Shopify platforms.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging , and quality assurance to ensure top performance and reliability.
• Translate technical requirements and data structures into intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement brand-aligned UI/UX designs.
• Manage source code and project versions using GitHub or similar version control systems.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Sass .
• Hands-on experience with Laravel, Bootstrap, Vue.js, and jQuery .
• Familiarity with BigCommerce , Shopify , or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for front-end design collaboration.
• Proficient in version control systems such as GitHub .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
