Senior Angular Web Developer (Contract)
Statement of Work

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is between the Vendor and the client organization. This engagement provides professional services expertise as a Senior Angular Web Developer .
License Scope

The client is responsible for all licensing requirements within their environments.
Duration

The proposed level of effort for this engagement is approximately 24 months (4176 hours) , ending March 16, 2028. Any increases in scope, requirements, or scheduling may result in a new or extended agreement.
Job Description

The organization is seeking a Senior Angular Web Developer to join a Core Web Team responsible for developing, supporting, modernizing, and maintaining internal and public-facing web applications.

The team is currently modernizing several applications by migrating from AngularJS to Angular 21 . The selected candidate should have experience with both technologies and be comfortable working in a Scrum/DevOps environment .

Required Qualifications

Experience with modern web development technologies, including:
- Angular user interfaces
- Responsive design using Bootstrap 4+
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) , including high code coverage and integration testing
Experience designing and implementing accessible web applications following WCAG standards
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments , including tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience working on development teams supporting both new and existing projects
Experience with GitHub and GitFlow pull request workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 4 years of IT experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Claude)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
