WE’RE HIRING! - Receptionist

Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeking to fill a full-time Receptionist position for our West Palm Beach office. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be presentable, organized, personable, and able to handle a busy schedule. Previous receptionist experience is required . Training will be provided to the right candidate. Bilingual / Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls
• Greet all firm guests
• Open, date stamp, and sort all incoming mail
• Stamp outgoing mail, add postage to meter when necessary
• Receive and distribute fax transmissions
• Order office supplies, including maintaining coffee service supplies
• Keep the conference rooms clean
• Perform all other office tasks, including stocking of copiers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in reception / phones
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office
• Preference given to bilingual/Spanish speaking
