Position Summary The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing technical systems and equipment at client sites. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure client satisfaction and system performance. Responsibilities Installation and Setup Install, configure, and test new equipment and systems at client locations. Ensure that all installations meet company and industry standards. Maintenance and Repairs Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively. Repair or replace faulty components as necessary. Technical Support Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of equipment and software. Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner. Documentation Maintain accurate records of services performed, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Prepare and submit detailed service reports. Customer Service Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional interactions and reliable service. Compliance and Safety Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards during service visits. Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, if applicable. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or technical training may be considered. Previous experience in a field service role or technical support position. Hands‑on experience with specific equipment or systems relevant to the job. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Knowledge of networking principles, mechanical systems, and electronic components. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of technical systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites. Physical Requirements Ability to left and carry up to 25lbs Prolonged periods of walking, standing, climbing, and sitting. Ability to travel 50% Work in various environments, including offices, industrial sites, and outdoor locations.
