FedEx Delivery Driver

Pay: $850.00 - $1,150.00 per week

We are seeking reliable and experienced Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the face of our company during customer interactions. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and enjoy being on the road, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

• Safely and responsibly operate a delivery vehicle (Step Van or box truck) to transport goods to customer locations
• Load and unload merchandise from the vehicle using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Collect payments from customers when necessary
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate both manual transmission vehicles and automatic vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with loading and unloading goods, including heavy lifting capabilities.
• Familiarity with using a pallet jack and other moving equipment is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Show up on time and everyday you are scheduled

Experience:

• Commercial driving: 1 year

Shift availability:

• Day Shift
• Must work Saturday at least every other week

Ability to Commute:

• Humboldt, TN 38343 (Required)
