Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to take the helm of a $7M+ premium casual operation in Richmond, Virginia. As the Executive Chef, you will drive the culinary vision for an eclectic menu featuring hand-cut steaks and fresh, high-quality ingredients. You will partner with the General Manager to lead the operations, develop the culinary team, and deliver uncompromising food quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing back-of-house culinary team.
• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to ensure seamless restaurant operations and outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain strict standards for food quality, safety, sanitation, and plate presentation.
• Execute a chef-driven menu while fostering an environment of culinary innovation.
• Manage back-of-house financials, including food costs, labor optimization, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Tenured experience as an Executive Chef within reputable premium casual brands.
• Proven track record of leading back-of-house operations in high-volume, chef-driven concepts.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing kitchen profitability.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to build and retain strong teams.
