E-Scooter Delivery Driver (W-2 Position)

Shift Schedules
  • Friday – Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Transportation Requirement

Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse. A company van will be provided during shifts to perform job duties.

Job Summary

Veo is seeking operations-focused team members who are passionate about delivering an exceptional rider experience.

In this role, you will locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles across the city, and perform basic quality checks and minor repairs to keep our fleet running smoothly.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and thrives in both independent and team-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions within the company mobile app to complete assigned tasks
  • Operate a company van to locate scooters and perform battery swaps
  • Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
  • Conduct basic repairs and quality inspections
  • Respond to on-demand requests to retrieve or reposition scooters
  • Complete additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Comfortable driving a company van
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications
  • Ability to lift and move scooters up to 60 lbs without assistance
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with local streets and city layout
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environments

Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications.
