Digital Designer

Location: Chicago IL – Remote

We're looking for a versatile digital advertising designer with strong motion design experience. You will partner with the marketing team to create compelling on-screen campaigns and visual assets to promote some of our top health and wellness partners (gyms, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio showcasing effective design solutions for business needs, particularly in digital marketing and advertising. This role requires a balance of creativity and execution, from developing initial creative concepts to executing on these to deliver high-quality designs.

Responsibilities:

• Concept, design, and deliver motion and static creative assets across a range of formats, including short (15-30 second) video, static and carousel ad images, and social content
• Present creative, contribute ideas, and gather feedback
• Develop campaign assets that align with the program's marketing goals and perform well in commercial environments
• Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and formats

Tools:

• Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Microsoft 365 Suite

• Creating scalable design systems and templates

Collaboration & Communication:

• Interpreting feedback and iterating quickly
• Presenting and communicating design ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients
