About the Role:

Join our team at Westford Smiles Dental Center as a Dental Office Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice! We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to help create a positive experience for our patients while managing the front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Process payments and manage insurance claims efficiently.
• Assist with patient inquiries and provide information about services.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting services and events.

Requirements:

• College Education or Diploma;  additional education in healthcare is a plus.
• Previous experience (at least 1 yr)in a dental or medical office beneficial .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer usage software , Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is beneficial.
