The Big Task As a
Customer Service Intern , you'll support our Customer Service team while learning how exceptional customer experiences are created, from first contact through resolution.
Key Sub Tasks - Assist with customer interactions via phone, email, and internal systems
- Support scheduling, data entry, and documentation while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to learn workflows, processes, and best practices
- Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Desired Skills and Experience If you're organized, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people, this internship is for you. You're comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and can work independently while also being a strong team player.
