What You'll Do - Deliver individualized, play-based interventions tailored to each child's medical and psychosocial needs
- Promote emotional, social, and cognitive development while honoring family dynamics, culture, and developmental stages
- Prepare children and caregivers for procedures and diagnoses using developmentally appropriate education and coping strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support holistic pediatric care
Required Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Child Life, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or Pediatric Psychology
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a healthcare or related setting
- Certification: Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) required
