JOB OVERVIEW: Customer Care Representative Full-Time Reports to Customer Care Team Lead 100% Remote -- work from home! Access to high-speed internet with hardwired (ethernet) capability (at least 100 Mbps download speed) with no latency when handling contacts, and communicating with peers/managers via Slack or Zoom.
