We seek an Associate Creative Director (Art) to lead the visual identity for a dynamic fitness and athleisure brand. Responsibilities Think big ideas and create unique experiences across channels. Ensure creative work meets brand standards and performance goals. Lead visual concepting and execution of integrated brand campaigns—including seasonal stories, product drops, retail activations, and social‑first content. Direct photo and video shoots, ensuring consistency in lighting, composition, styling, and brand tone. Maintain a cohesive, modern and elevated visual identity across digital, retail and experiential touchpoints. Regularly connect with clients to build partnerships and trust. Collaborate with creative leads, copywriters, strategists, producers and social managers to bring ideas to life. Requirements Minimum 7 years experience in a creative advertising agency. Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and versatility across digital, social, traditional and e‑commerce channels. Strong knowledge of multichannel retail storytelling. Ability to handle high‑volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks. Excellent time‑management and strong work ethic. Passionate about culture, lifestyle, brand devotion, trends and the evolving social landscape. Interest in movement, wellness and the cultural conversations shaping fitness and athleisure.
