Triumph needs an experienced individual who has strong administrative and leasing skills. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an assistant manager in a multifamily community. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills. Job Requirements: - Leasing and resident relations - Handle the application approval and move in process for residents - Enter in work orders and follow up on them - Input deposits and assist in collections - Assist in processing move out refunds - Makes regular inspections of apartments prior to move in - Proficiency in Yardi Voyager is a must - Check scanning - Bilingual English / Spanish preferred - Valid Drivers License - Must work Saturdays.
