PACKER
Monday - Thursday
6:00 am - 4:30 pm
$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and other technical data to determine specifications.
Receive units from the inspection process and verify all items are accounted for prior to packing.
Repackage inflatable components using proper tools in accordance with OEM, CMM, and approved documentation.
Perform manual tasks including lifting, pulling, pushing, and handling components during the repacking process.
Insert units into ovens when required and coordinate with inspectors to ensure continuity of the packing process.
Measure dimensions and use templates to verify specifications meet OEM guidelines.
Confirm all packing aids and components are accounted for before final packaging.
Complete required documentation and forms related to assigned tasks.
Follow Quality Control Manual (QCM) and Repair Station Manual (RSM) procedures.
Ensure applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins are followed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety rules and policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and interpret manuals, drawings, and technical instructions.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read and use a tape measure.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow established procedures.
