We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to support and manage active customer accounts from order intake through final delivery and invoicing. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring jobs are processed accurately, deadlines are met, and client expectations are exceeded.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Review incoming orders to ensure all details are accurate, complete, and ready for production
• Communicate with clients to clarify specifications and resolve questions or issues
• Prepare and proof detailed production documentation for internal teams
• Coordinate closely with production, shipping, sales, and administrative teams
• Track jobs through production to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Escalate production or scheduling concerns as needed
• Prepare and distribute client invoices promptly upon job completion

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of related customer service and order entry experience
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Able to work full time in an onsite role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Pay Details: $22.50 to $25.50 per hour
